About Grayhound Designs

Hi there! I’m Crystal Gray, a digital communications strategist with experience researching, designing, and developing content for enterprise organizations, academic environments, and public-facing platforms.
 

My work focuses on improving clarity, accessibility, and engagement through audience-centered research, editorial design, and multimedia storytelling. I’m interested in how people interpret, navigate, and make meaning from digital communication and how media, language, and design shape those experiences.
 

Professionally, I’ve worked across content strategy, UX writing, research synthesis, and digital experience development. Academically, I study the intersections of media, technology, and communication, with an emphasis on how digital platforms influence attention, cognition, and identity.
 

I am currently completing my MA in Integrated Communications and preparing research for a PhD in Media, Art, and Text, where I plan to explore how digital communication structures shape cultural understanding, emotion, and agency.
